What types of events are allowed?

FRI can host a variety of corporate, private and community events including corporate happy hours, networking events, holiday parties, fundraisers, business meetings, panel discussions, (CEU’S) continuing education units, baby showers, pop up events, wedding receptions, birthday parties, graduations, and many more.

How do I reserve the space?

A 50% deposit of the total invoice and a signed rental agreement is required to secure a date. Cancellations 7 days prior to the event renter will forfeit the deposit.

What is the event capacity?

Depends on the usage, set-up and area you wish to use. Max capacity 300. The space rental includes tables, chairs, and black linens.

How long can my event run?

All events must be over by 11 PM.

What kinds of decorations can be used?

You may bring in your own décor; our only requirement is that no staples, tacks, tape, glue guns, nails, confetti, or glitter may be used. Balloons are allowed, but guests or event planners are responsible for removal. Extra cleaning fees may apply, and damage charges can be charged for non-compliance.

What is your vendor policy?

All vendors must be licensed and insured and must be approved and vetted by FRI staff.

What is the policy of alcohol at the event?

Selling alcohol and/or a bartender distributing drinks requires a verifiable TABC certification.

How is your parking for guests handled?

FRI has our own our parking area, and overflow parking will be coordinated and approved by neighboring businesses.

Do you provide security?

We can, for a fee. If alcohol will be onsite then security will be required.
